Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses (may incur additional time)

  • Select international locations (see list at checkout or contact us)

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the following business day.

Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times — clearly indicated on the product page.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and shipping generally takes no more than 5 business days for domestic shipping

 

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.

 

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country. This shop does not pre-pay or estimate these charges.

Orders refused due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers pre-mark as delivered).

  3. Contact your local carrier.

We’re happy to help open a case, but we are not responsible for theft or mishandling after confirmed delivery. Consider using Route or similar package protection (optional at checkout).
